Education is perhaps the most effective form of empowerment and we desire to holistically educate Cambodian young people and build them into competent leaders that have integrity and a heart to give back and serve their communities. “PCL Management Institute exists to provide opportunity to those that would not normally be able to pursue higher education. We are a fully accredited institute recognized by the Cambodia Department Of Higher Education and we provide the opportunity for students to get a two year Associates Degree in English. In addition PMI has formed partnerships with other four year schools in Cambodia and students that graduate from PMI can transfer into these schools at a discounted rate to pursue their Bachelors Degree.
